Delivery
Because of the diversity of the size, weight and nature of our products, each item for sale will have it's own individual delivery cost clearly stated.
Because of the diversity of the size, weight and nature of our products, delivery method will vary, utilising the most reliable, efficient and cost effect means for that product. These may include (though not exhaustedly) royal mail and private couriers.
It is our aim to to deliver goods within two working days of cleared payment although this is in no way guaranteed.
Returns
It is North East Factors' policy to accept for credit, all products, either defective or incorrectly supplied, that comply with certain criteria:
Items should be returned within fourteen days of accepting delivery, in their original packaging.
They should be returned to our depot at:
North East Factors, Bewicke Rd, Wallsend NE28 LX
If possible, the product(s) must be returned by a similar method to that which was used to deliver the goods to you originally.
If the goods are proven to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, North East Factors will refund the cost of postage when presented with a receipt for the same.
Where possible credit for qualifying returns will be by a similar method used by the customer to pay for that item. If that is not possible, credit will be given as agreed between the parties.
If purchased, in person from our depot, customers may return qualifying products in person to the address given above between the hours of:
Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday, 8:00am – 4:00am |
